The City of Burnaby is working in collaboration with the Burnaby Civic Employees Union (CUPE 23) to plan a series of events for Fall 2019 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the union, and to raise awareness of the long history of labour and citizen activism in our community.

The event is part of the “Neighbourhood History Series” held each fall on Wednesday evenings at 7pm in Burnaby libraries, and at the Museum.
